嘿呀!! 我回来啦!!　哈哈!!

今早11点多就和弟弟, Jenie, Diana & Eka 一起去看电影．我们看了 "Night at the Museum" 然后did the movie hopping又看另一部电影 "Happy Feet".　这两部电影还满好笑的耶．哈哈！！趁着还有点时间，我们又movie hopped到另外一部电影，可是是恐怖片：Black Xmas.　Eww... 这部片很恶心耶，超不好看！！

这个星期看了四部电影："DejaVu", "Black Diamond", "Night at the Museum", and "Happy Feet". 哈哈哈！！Oh well.... 这一年又要过去了，唉！一年还是一年的过．．．不晓得我已经完成些什么东西了～～～　好吧！我该走了．．这些词就送给你们吧！^_____^

Had 2 finals yesterday, will have 1 tomorrow. Then I'm done for the week. But next week, *wuih......* 3 bigger finals. Just checked my email and this is what I saw:

It's almost near at the end of the Thanxgiving holidays. *sigh... haven't started to do my homework & study yet.. lab report on Monday, exam on Thursday, quizzes, homework... u name it!

Wednesday: Budi & his frenz, Nick & Sarah, came to ATL. They all r from VA. Took them to "Penang" and had dinner together. :) We chit-chated while having dinner. Hehe... Haven't seen Budi for 2-3 years. After dinner, we went to Suno cafe to have 'snow ice' dessert. Yummy yummy desserts. Hehe.. Planned to KTV afterwards, but too many ppl at the KTV & no room was available, so we cancelled our KTV plan and went to Budi's hotel room instead. Went home at 2 in the morning. :)

Thursday: Had Thanxgiving lunch together at home with Budi, Nick, Sarah, Diana & her sister, my cousin, & my bro. Diana & her sister provided ham & brownies, Budi, Nick & Sarah brought soda & wine, while my cousin cooked Chinese Brocolli. Me?? I only helped cleaning the veggies and provided my stomach, haha.. :p (phai se phai se..) Watched "Fun with Dick & Jane" while eating & chatting. Hehe.. We had so much fun.. :) Afterwards, Budi, Nick & Sarah decided to visit Stone Mountain. Back from Stone Mountain, we had dinner together at Korean Tofu House. Mmm... Yummy yummy food again.. He he he... ('ve been eating a lot these days + I'm definitely gaining weight now). Next agenda... KTV!! Yay... Nick started singing and guess what??? He has such a great, incredible voice. I couldn't believe my ear! Me n Jennie (my cousin) were discussing whether it was Nick's voice or the real singer voice when Nick was singing. Tskk tskk... Nick really really got a talent in singing... I'm so falling in love with his voice now.. Haha.. ^_^ We all really had so much fun in the KTV; laughing.. singing.. chatting.. gossiping.. teasing.. U name it! =p Went home at almost 3 in the morning.

Friday: Went to outlet early early in the morning. I planned to wake up at 5:30 so that my cousin & I could get to the outlet at 7am. But guess what.. I only woke up when Diana called me at 6:40am. I saw clearly that my mobile phone was showing "6:40", but I thot it was "5:30". Then I woke my cousin up, and when she asked me, "OMG.... Is it already 6:40?" And I said, "No.. it's only 5:40." When I finished taking bath, I looked at my cell phone again, and it showed 7:08. I was like... Oh My God... How come it's already 7am. Guess what? I clicked on my call log and checked the time when Diana called me. Bleh... Dunnoe what I was thinking lar... haha.. prolly it's because I only slept for 3 hrs. Lol. So... Me, my cousin, Diana, and her sister spent our whole day at the outlet, spending money. We left the outlet at 8pm and had dinner together at "Steak & Shake".
After dinner, we went home. I was so tired.. almost fell asleep while shopping. Then, after calculating the total money that I spent.. oh gosh.. I was terrified. I spent like US$260. Two hundred sixty US dollars man!! T_T Dunnoe what I'm spending on.. bleh.. I only bought 4 clothes, 1 hoodie, a handbag, 2 belts, and some clothes for my nieces,nephews and my bros. Hehehe... Money money money went went went awayyyyyyyy........................... *sigh... Eniwei.. Budi, Nick, & Sarah went back to VA. They had the 8pm flight. I'll miss them so much. Too bad we didnt took any pix together. :(

Saturday: Ho ho ho ho ho... What a nice sleep that I had yesterday night. Finally had a more than 12 hour sleep. Haha... lol.. :p *what a lazy bum...

Oh well.. I gotta stop crapping and go back doing my homework... But I'm so lazy to do it.. *Argh!!!!!

Ah... 've been out of blog for so long.. yeah.. as usual, I was either just too lazy to upload something or too busy watching HK/Taiwan dramas.. lol, not busy doing hw or studying, haha. [no wonder I cudnt concentrate on my studies + I feel like my brain is not working so well enimore] Gotta stop stop stop stop stop watching soooo many dramas... *sigh...

Well.. today is Halloween~~~ as well as my bdae too. Hehe.. Aaahh... I'm 22 now.. felt that I'm older haha.. yet havent complished anything. *sigh... Oh well...

No bdae party for me this year, but still got bdae presents from my precious friends, hehe.. Got a bracelet from a friend in NZ last month, then a bracelet + a necklace from Diana & her sis Eka. Ah ya, got a tank top from my cousin, havent really take a good look of it yet since I was too busy doing my lab report last Saturday. Well... thanks so much for the bdae presents. Dunnoe what I was thinking this morning when I got out from my Food Chem class. It was 10:30am, and I had to see my TA at 12:45pm, so I was thinking if I can take the 10:45 bus, I'll arrive at my apt. at 11, have sth to eat, then at 12:30pm I can go back to school to meet my TA. So... I decided to walk to the bus stop near Physics building and wait for the bus. I waited and waited, but the bus didnt come until 11am, and guess what?? It was so packed!!! Then, I got into the bus and thought, by the time I got home it'll be around 11:20am, and there's no point to go home to have lunch then come back an hour later.. So, after passed 2 stops, I got off from the bus and walked back to the Science Library and waited there until 12:45pm. Bleh.. I was so undecided and kept changing my mind.. That's not a good thing... *sigh...

Eniwei.. mom n dad are arriving at ATL tomorrow.. YAY!!! they r having vacation in Hawaii, LV, and SF, I believe. They just gonna stop by for couple of days to see me n my bro, and they are leaving on Monday. Hiks... Havent seen them for a year and so, miss them sooooo much... Hehe.. ^^v But, I wont be seeing them until Friday since I'm still in Athens (Athens, Georgia not Athens, Greece hehehe) and I usually come back to my cousin's place every weekend. Ah ya, havent told u guys that I'm transferred to Uni now; finished my college last July and got 2 Associate Degree (Pre-Pharm & Math). And I'm studying Chemistry in Uni. Lol!!! Prolly will take a minor in Chinese/Korean/both (if I got enuf money & time, hehe). I like my Chinese & Korean classes so much - really enjoy taking language classes. Love my Chinese & Korean teachers so much esp. my Chinese teacher. He is so funny and easy going. ^^v On the contrary, I feel so much pressure in my Chem & Food Chem classes. Should I change my major then? I'm really confused and dont know if I'm choosing the right major for myself. Hiks hiks.. [What can I do with a Chemistry major??? Hmm...] I feel like I am so way behind from my friends and dont have a target in my life. *sigh... Any advice guys?? T_T

Oh well... I better start finishing my homework and lab reports now.. Gotta finish it b4 Friday since I'll have no time to do them on the weekend. I'm going out with my parents.. Yay!!! =D

Got a good news this morning! So glad!!! It's about my 2nd Microecon test, which is coming up this Feb. 24. At first, I can't take that test on that day 'coz I have to attend GILC [Georgia International Leadership Conference] at Rock Eagle from Feb. 24 - 26, and my Prof. does not give any make up test for some reason, but he will substitute my final test grade for the one that I miss. This is a good thing, but I did really bad on my 1st test, so I need to take this 2nd test desperately. I was hoping that he could postpone the test or the whole class take it earlier, and he told me to just wait and see. And..... after a week, I got the best part today.. Haha.... He announced in class that the test will be a week from today, which is Feb. 20. Yay!!! I was so happy.. Thank you thank you Prof. Smith. *grin..*

Eniwei... I gotta go now.. lots of homework to do and exams are coming up next week. =(

Three weeks winter break finally comes to an end at 11.59 tonite. Hehe.. =D Hmm.. wat have i done during this break, eh!? *grin* went to NY on 21st Dec. with my uncle, aunt, cousins, and bro. New York reminds me of Hongkong (the streets, the buildings.. make me wanna go to HK rite away). Didnt do any shopping at NY (might go there again one day to do shopping, hehe..) Where were we on X'mas day?!? Niagara Falls........ Hehe... I love this winter break so much, hehe... after came back from NY on 26th, we went to Orlando the next day and came back on Jan. 1st. Went to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Epcot, MGM, and Magic Kingdom. ^_^ Spent our New Year's Eve at Magic Kingdom.. whoa!!! tons tons tons of ppl there... but we got to see the fireworks at all the theme parks. The fireworks were incredible..marvelous.. ah... really really great! *grinning* Will post some of the photos when I have time to do so.. hehe.. (i'm still procrastinating)

Eniwei.. was looking for a new template for my blog that suits my mood these few days and finally found this one (the one that u r looking at... hehe). I'm so confused of my future rite now; I didnt know if the major that I'm taking rite now is suitable for me. Family, relatives, and friends always told me to think of things/subjects that I like. But when I think bout it, I cant come out with anything that I really like. Rite now, I'm taking Pharmacy, but if u ask me why I chose it, I couldnt give u an answer for that question. =( *sigh.....

Hey hey hey.. Mickie-holic is back. Hehe.. ^^ How's everyone doinG? Doing fine rite? ^.^ Well.. I finished all my finals yesterday; I'm so happy. But, when the results are out.... *sigh..sigh.. =[ I have to admit that I didnt study/work hard this semester. Hiks hiks.. I was (and still am) procrastinating.. *haiz... Oh well... Ah ya.. I was sick last Thursday (when the next day i was having two finals.. hikss...). So, I had to 'skip' my 2 hrs job and asked my cuz to sub for me. Didnt study until it was 7 in the evening. *hiks.. but.. good news.. I think I did well on both finals, which i think i did horribly.

Yep Yep.. I'm here today in the writing lab, working from 2-9pm. Hehe.. Kinda bored too.. coz there ain't lots of students coming here, and only 1 tutor is working today. So.. yah.. I asked my 'personal librarian' that I havent updated my blog since last Tuesday, and I dont know how to kill my time (7 hours in the writing lab), so my librarian suggested that I can write a short story. Hehe... I wont finish that short story until next week, I said. Haha.. coz I'm just not good in creative writing or even writing itself. =p My eyes are tired rite now.. I need to go to bed rite away.. I was reading The Elements of Style earlier but then my eyes closed by themselves. Hehe... and there was one girl who was aksing if she could borrow a pencil. Haha..

Holidae is cominG... today is the last day I'm working in the ISS lab for year 2005. Hehe.. Gonna mizz working there for 3 weeks.. but I'm going to enJoY my holidae so much.. hihi... It starts getting cold over here.. It's kinda icy today.. Ah.. X'mas is coming soon.. Monday, Dec. 5th... There I was... taking Org. Chemistry test Part I. The test was not that bad.. but then still... I made mistakes. *la la la la la... Fell asleep in the study room for about 40 min. while trying to prepare the notes for my final chem lab. Was studying my chem lab and talking to him online at the same time. Sunday, Dec. 4th... Was studying Org. Chem whole day... whole nite... and.. only slept for 1.5 hours *sigh... I'm treating myselF & my body badly.. Ah... haven't been updating any entry since last week, hehe.. I'm so sorry. -.- Been busy lately and (as usual) I'm quite lazy too. *bleh.. Eniwei, how's everybody doing? How's the Thanxgiving holidae? How's the holidae after final exams? Hhee.. Must be relaxing at home, eh!? I've been kinda relaxing at home, not finishing my homework yet. Hiks.. =( Thanxgiving holidae almost ends.. *big sigh..

There was big big big sales yesterday [the day after thanxgiving]. Wuih.. u can see so many cars on the road, so many ppl at the mall, shopping crazily.. Of course I'm one of them too. Haha.. I woke up at 4.30 in the morning [I nvr wake up this early to study. Hehe.. -.-"], woke my cousin up at 5. Had cereal for our breakfast, and then went to JiYeon's house to pick her up ard 6. Then we went to North Georgia Premium Outlet to 'throw' our money away. Haha.. We reached the outlet at ard 7, guess wat!! There were already cars at the parking lots. Tskk.. Tskk... Some ppl had even come to the outlet at 12 midnite. -.-"
Our first stop was Banana Republic. I bought two things from there, a scarf and a long sleeve shirt. Yesterday was quite a cold day too, and I dont like shopping on that kind of weather. Why?? 'coz I have to take off 2-3 clothes that I wear just to try on a new cloth that I wanna buy. *grin n sigh, hehe... -.-" We shop and shop and shop until 4, when it's time for us to have our lunch/early dinner. Haha... Crazy eh!? ^o^ After having our early dinner, we went back again to the outlet to continue our shopping. Hahaha... But this time, I didn't shop that much again; I only bought some clothes for my little cute nieces. ^^v Oh well.. we went home at ard 8 pm. Haha.. 13 hours of shopping (including 1 hour having early dinner), my new record of shopping!! Ah.. got home at 10 pm, took my shower and then calculated how much money I have spent on those 12 hours of shopping crazily. $230.48!!!!! That's the amount of money that I have thrown away yesterday. Hiks.. hiks.. my almost-1-month-paycheck just gone like that.. Argh!!! =( I've bought a lot of things, and then i realized actually there were some that I dont really need it or not worth that much. Hiak.. hiak.. T_T Havent even bought X'mas presents for my dearest cousins n frenz yet. Hiks hiks.. *oh well... *sigh...

I was struggling with bio lab report two days ago. Dun knoe how to do the table, dun knoe how to write the report. Hikz.. Had been spending the whole night trying to finish it. It happened on Thursday.

~ continue doing the report at 8pm. So stressed out! coz I couldnt figure out how to do the tables. Huh!! Took my shower at 1 in the morning, then continued doing the report until ard 3 am. I couldnt stand it anymore, so I went to bed at 3 and woke up at ard 6.15 in the morning. Huh! When I woke up, I didnt feel so well coz my head hurt and I got stomachache. =( Went to school ard 7.45 am, didnt eat breakfast coz of my stomachache [but I brought it to school]. Eniwei... with the help of my fren, Hussain, I finally figured out how to do the tables. The lab report was due at 2pm that day, so after finished my Organic Chem class at 11, I went to writing lab to finish my report. I was so busy trying to finish the report on time that I didnt even have time to eat my breakfast and lunch. [My first fasting in GPC. Hehe.. In fact, I only had time to eat my breakfast at 4 pm, hehe]

I was mad at myself. I was so stressed out plus I had stomachache too. I was afraid that I wouldnt be able to finish the report on time. Then, ard 12.50 pm, JiYeon said to me, "Come!! Come here!! Come!!" I thot something had happened coz she was so hasty. She guided me to the break room, and I could see that no light in there. When she opened the door, I heard "Happy Bdae to you...." Then I looked around and realized that it was a(n) (advanced) surprise bdae party for me. Aww!!! My cuz, Jonathan, Cindy, Diana, Erika, Max, and Catherine were there. ^.^ I was so surprised and happy. Hehe.. I got Mickey's bdae cake [which I ate a small slice of it hastlily coz i gotta go back to my report]; my cuz told me that it was from Jonathan. =) Thanx, Jonanthan!! U guyz were so kind; they gave me an I-Pod Shuffle on my 21st bdae. [Did I say 21st?? Oh.. I'm old! Hehe.. =p]
Despite all the "bad" things that happened to me in the morning, I was still feeling so happy. The surprise party was the best moment of that day. It's my memorable 21st bdae. Oh.. I really appreciate what u guyz did for me. Thank you so much!! I'll post the pictures when I get the chance later. I'll show my precious frenz n my memorable bdae to u guyz [whoever is reading this rite now.. hehe.. =)]

~ Later at night, went to Gwinnett Mall with my cousins to get a new phone coz everytime we renewed our contract, we'll get a new phone. Yay! Hehe.. They only offer 3 kinds of free phone [no camera phone =( ]to us. I chose a camera phone that cost ard $36 with $30 instant rebate. Hehe.. ^.^ It's a Nokia 3220 ~ the ConnectinG PeopLe.

Well... i guess i better get going now. Hehe... still got so much homework that need to be finished. =( My 3rd speech is coming soon this Mon/Wed. Well.. Well... Well.... Long time no see, huh!? How's everybody doin? I've been pretty busy (of coz kinda lazy too ^.^) to update my blog. I'm sorry, ya!? Hehe...
Well... I've been to Cindy's bdae two weeks ago. It was pretty fun. We learnt salsa dance from her aunt. It was cool, man!! Hehehe.. but too bad.. my dance was horrible. Haha...
Then... been to AMIS Welcome Reception[featuring Africa] last Sunday, Oct. 23rd. It was kinda of a volunteer job for my IPA thingy. Hehe... Hmm.. it was pretty cool and fun too, but unfortunately my friend n I were teased by two strangers. Scared, eh!? Here's wat happened. My friend and I were assigned to stand along the way from the Woodruff Arts Center to Presbytarian Church. Our job was to make sure people [from the Arts Center] know their way from the Arts Center to the Presbytarian Church nearby. So... Diana n I stood in a spot [we were holding red balloons too --> so that ppl from the Arts Center could see us. Haha..], and then we chatted n 'playin' with the balloons (since it was a windy day). Suddenly... two guys who were in a taxi shouted to us. Guess what one of the guy said! "Ma'am.. r u sellin cocaine?" I thot I misheard it, then Diana said, "Hah?!?" Then the guy repeated wat he said juz now. I said, "Diana.. mai khi chai i" [means ignored him]. See?? Huh!! I hated those kind of ppl. Eniwei.. forget about this unhappy thingy... ehhe.. I did take some pix with my fellows IPA. Will post some of the pix and Cindy's bdae pix later [when i remember, not busy, and not lazy. Haha... ^^v]

Hm.. public speaking class was cancelled yesterday. [Yay!! ^^] My 3rd speech [persuasive speech] is comin soon.. but still cant find any good topic yet. I'm thinkin of talking about "Water Over Soda". Plz give me some feedback of what u guyz think. Hehe... Eniwei.. no class means could go home early, right? Diana finally got her fitness membership cards yesterday, and she asked my cousin n I if we would like to join her n her sister to go for a swim. Yay!! After ard 4-5 months no exercise, haha... finally I did some exercise yesterday. Hehe... Thanx Din. Hihi...^^

Okay.. okay.. it's time for me to go now.. need to finish my lab report on roaches. Hikz.. it's due tomolo, and I havent started anything yet. Haiz.. =( Well.. gud luck for those who are having exams yah... Acha Acha fightin... =)

Why?!?!? Why do i still wasting my time??? argh!!! havent been doing anything today from 9 am - 6pm (rite now). Dunno what have I done, the only thing i know is juz wasting my time. I should have finished my discussion/conclusion for my Org. Chem lab. I should have finished the abstract for my org. chem lab. I should have finished reviewing biology chpt. 40. Results??? null, nothing, nada. I havent finished my disc/conc., havent finished the abstract, and even havent finished reviewing. urgh!!! I am so mad at myselfff........ oh god! why am i so lazy???

Proud Fathers

Four friends reunited at a party after 30 years. After a few laughs and drinks, one of them had to go to the rest room. The ones who stayed behind began to talk about their kids and their successes.

The first guy says: I am very proud of my son, he is my pride and joy. He started working at a very successful company at the bottom of the barrel. He studied Economics and Business Administration soon he was promoted and began to climb the corporate ladder becoming the General Manager and now he is the president of the company. The second guy says: Damn, that's terrific!! My son is also my pride and joy, I am very proud of him. He started working at a traveling agency for a very big airline. He went to flight school to become a pilot and also manage to become a partner in the company where he now owns the majority of the assets. He became so rich that he gave his best friend a brand new jet for his birthday.

The third guy says: Well, well, well congratulations!! My son is also my pride and joy and he is also very rich. He studied in the best universities and became an Engineer. He started his own construction company and became very successful and a multimillionaire. He also gave away some thing very nice and expensive to his best friend for his birthday. He built a 30,000 sq ft mansion specially for his friend.

The three friends congratulated each other mutually for the successes of theirs sons. The fourth friend, who earlier had gone to restroom returned and asked: What'! s going on, what are all the congratulations for? One of the three said: We were talking about the pride we feel for the successes of our sons. And then he asked, What about your son?

The fourth man replied: My son is Gay and he makes a living dancing as a stripper at a nightclub. The three friends said: What a shame that must be, that is horrible! What a disappointment you must feel! The fourth man replied: No, I am not ashamed. Not at all. He is my son and I love him just as well, he is my pride and joy. And he is very lucky too. Hellow guys.... how's life recently? Mine... has been pretty hectic [I thot so hehe...] Had the first Bio test for 6 chpts. and 1st speech yesterday. Huh! Not doing so well in both of them. Hiks... Oh well... I guess I just have to work double even triple hard next time. Hehe... =)

A Cup of Coffee

A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old University of Notre Dame lecturer. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life. Offering his guests coffee, the lecturer went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups - porcelain, plastic, glass, some plain looking and some expensive and exquisite, telling them to help themselves to hot coffee.

When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the lecturer said: "If you noticed, all the nice looking, expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is but normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup, but you consciously went for the better cups and are eyeing each other's cups."

Hello everyone... how's life? Mine has been pretty tiring (though I believed I didnt do anything, haha..). Had my first Org. Chem quiz yesterday, urgh!! missed 10 points out of 30. Hiks.. hiks.. thot somehow I might score it, but huhuhu..... brain freeze on the questions about conjugate acid. Argh!!! The professor said that that quiz is the easiest one from all the quizzes that he's gonna give us. Look of wat I've done. Uhh... (it's the easiest one, but I already missed 10 points) =(

Eniwei... 've been surfing on MSN and finally 'landed' my cursor on Astrology. Hehehe.. APA YANG KITA SOMBONGKAN?

Seorang pria yang bertamu ke rumah Sang Guru tertegun keheranan. Dia melihat Sang Guru sedang sibuk bekerja; ia mengangkuti air dengan ember dan menyikat lantai rumahnya keras-keras. Keringatnya bercucuran deras. Menyaksikan keganjilan ini orang itu bertanya, "Apa yang sedang Anda lakukan?" Sang Guru menjawab, "Tadi saya kedatangan serombongan tamu yang meminta nasihat. Saya memberikan banyak nasihat yang bermanfaat bagi mereka. Mereka pun tampak puas sekali. Namun, setelah mereka pulang tiba-tiba saya merasa menjadi orang yang hebat. Kesombongan saya mulai bermunculan. Karena itu, saya melakukan ini untuk membunuh perasaan sombong saya."

Sombong adalah penyakit yang sering menghinggapi kita semua, yang benih-benihnya terlalu kerap muncul tanpa kita sadari. Di tingkat terbawah, sombong disebabkan oleh faktor materi. Kita merasa lebih kaya, lebih rupawan, dan lebih terhormat daripada orang lain. Di tingkat kedua, sombong disebabkan oleh faktor kecerdasan. Kita merasa lebih pintar, lebih kompeten, dan lebih berwawasan dibandingkan orang lain. Di tingkat ketiga, sombong disebabkan oleh faktor kebaikan. Kita sebenarnya terdiri dari dua kutub, yaitu ego di satu kutub dan kesadaran sejati di lain kutub. Pada saat terlahir ke dunia, kita dalam keadaan telanjang dan tak punya apa-apa. Akan tetapi, seiring dengan waktu, kita mulai memupuk berbagai keinginan, lebih dari sekadaryang kita butuhkan dalam hidup. Keenam indra kita selalu mengatakan bahwa kita memerlukan lebih banyak lagi. Perjalanan hidup cenderung menggiring kita menuju kutub ego. Ilusi ego inilah yang memperkenalkan kita kepada dualisme ketamakan (ekstrem suka) dan kebencian (ekstrem tidak suka). Inilah akar dari segala permasalahan. Perjuangan melawan kesombongan merupakan perjuangan menuju kesadaran sejati. Untuk bisa melawan kesombongan dengan segala bentuknya, ada dua perubahan paradigma yang perlu kita lakukan. Pertama, kita perlu menyadari bahwa pada hakikatnya kita bukanlah makhluk fisik, tetapi makhluk spiritual. Kesejatian kita adalah spiritualitas, sementara tubuh fisik hanyalah sarana untuk hidup di dunia. Kita lahir dengan tangan kosong, dan (ingat!) kita pun akan mati dengan tangan kosong. Pandangan seperti ini akan membuat kita melihat semua makhluk dalam kesetaraan universal. Kita tidak akan lagi terkelabui olehpenampilan, label, dan segala "tampak luar" lainnya. Yang kini kita lihat adalah "tampak dalam". Pandangan seperti ini akan membantu menjauhkan kita dari berbagai kesombongan atau ilusi ego. Kedua, kita perlu menyadari bahwa apa pun perbuatan baik yang kita lakukan, semuanya itu semata-mata adalah juga demi diri kita sendiri. Kita memberikan sesuatu kepada orang lain adalah juga demi kita sendiri.

Dalam hidup ini berlaku hukum kekekalan energi. Energi yang kita berikan kepada dunia tak akan pernah musnah. Energi itu akan kembali kepada kita dalam bentuk yang lain. Kebaikan yang kita lakukan pasti akan kembali kepada kita dalam bentuk persahabatan, cinta kasih,makna hidup, maupun kepuasan batin yang mendalam. Jadi, setiap berbuat baik kepada pihak lain, kita sebenarnya sedang berbuat baik kepada diri kita sendiri. Kalau begitu, apa yang kita sombongkan?

Perhatian!! Perhatian!! Bagi yg mau membeli Kijang Innova..... BEWARE!!!

Berikut ini ada sharing dari seorang kawan kita pemakai mobil berbandrol TOYOTA KIJANG INNOVA. Jhonny (kawan kita) baru saja membeli mobil gres TOYOTA KIJANG thn 2005 pada akhir februari lalu. Sehari setelah sampai dirumah tgl 15-2-2005, dengan riangnya sang istri menyambut kedatangan mobil baru tersebut, alhasil mobil tersebut dicoba bersama sang anak. Namun anehnya mobil tersebut tidak seperti yang diharapkan oleh sang istri; mobil tersebut mengalami gangguan mesin yang sangat fatal yaitu mobil tersebut tidak dapat dilakukan pindah gigi dari 1 menuju ke gigi 2, maka yang terjadi mobil tsb loncat ke gigi 3.

Besoknya sang istri bersama Jhonny pergi ke salah satu bengkel Auto 2000 yang terdekat (bengkel resmi), dengan berasumsi mobil tersebut masih dalam masa garansi. Tetapi pada waktu kawan kita complain ke mekaniknya, dengan mengatakan bahwa mobil tsb tidak bisa pindah ke gigi 2 dan langsung ke gigi 3, sang mekanik(cecep, kepala montir) hanya bengong dan tidak merespon sambil mengerjakan mobil lainnya. Merasa dicuekin akhirnya kawan kita membentak montir tersebut dan minta penjelasan mengapa di bengkel sebesar ini (Auto2000) konsumen diacuhkan complainnya, maka dengan muka sedikit bersabar serta tanpa dosa sang montir mengatakan itu sudah resiko bapak memilih kijang. Kontan saja Jhonny makin naik darah. "Kan bapak sudah tahu", lanjutnya karena di tv serta di koran juga sudah dijelaskan kalau kijang MEMANG TIADA DUA-NYA ...... (jadi dari gigi ke 1 langsung ke gigi ke 3, 4 dan 5) He....he...he..serius amat bacanya.

Wat a tiring & fun day I had yesterday. Haha... Went to Tutor/ Lab Assistant Meeting at 9 am. We talked about a lot of things, sthg related to tutoring. Then, two professors come in and made a presentation on "Race, Sex, and Culture". It was really a good presentation. I bet everyone likes the presentation. =) Eniwei.. the meeting ended at 4 pm, yes.. it was a 7-hour meeting [wif 1 hour lunch break]. We had a baby shower for our Lab Supervisor after the meeting. She got a lot of cute presents for her almost-born baby girl. Hehe... ^__^

After the baby shower, some of us [6 of us exactly] went for a bowling session. Haha.. and.. yup.. it was my first time playing bowling. Haha.. dun know how to "throw" or "roll" the ball, heuheuhe... my cuzz and one of my frens taught me, and actually someone [i didn know who is she] taught me too.. I think she is a pro-bowler. So.. there goes my first bowling. Hehe.. Actually [not be too proud], I did a rather good job too [had couple of strikes, hehe] though the ball slids rather than it's supposed to roll. Haha... I got a 88 on the first game, and 86 on the second game. They didn believe that that was my first time playing bowling.. they said I was bluffing. Hehe.. Guess, it was only my luck. I told them there wont be a third time. Haha... Eniwei.. I really had fun playing bowling with them. We played around 2 hours and then got home. Huehuehe... I want to learn how to play like a pro. Haha.. [i'm dreaming...]

Oh well... juz had a chat with my fren who's just came back from Melb. She went to Melb. to prepare her Uni thingies, and she is sick rite now.. Aww!! Jo, hope u get well soon yah! ('.^)v And.... Actually.. I juz spent ard 1 hour on the previous post. Hahaha... wat a slow writer!! I wonder how long I would take on this post. Hehehe... Let's the story continues.....

Saturday...

Spent almost half of my day at home; surfing the internet, chatting, and reading some Harry Potter. Hehe.. Had my lunch ard 3 pm, continued reading my Harry Potter, and get ready at 4 pm as I was going to the free concert of GARBAGE with my cousin n frenz. Jiyeon & her friend, picked us up at ard 16:30, and we're getting ready for the concert at Underground Atlanta [downtown, ard 45-60 mins drive]. Hehe.. I wasn't too excited going there, but i nvr been such event b4, so I went. Huehue... know wat!? only 'bout 10 mins after we got in the car, it rained!! Yes raining..... it's heavy rain!! I was like.. thinking.. how are we supposed to watch the concert [outside concert] since it's raining. And so.. we arrived at the parking lot at 17:45, walked to the outside, and.... *...whoa...* we walked in the rain [apparently, this's not a romantic scene, haha]. The concert was not starting until it's around 6 pm. There were actually 4 other bands before the big gig GARBAGE showed up at 21:30. Oh well... I was standing in front of a closed shop and trying to 'hide' from the rain whereas my cousin n Jiyeon stood like really close to the stage. Haha.. guess they r too excited about the concert. Finally, the rain stopped at around 7 pm, and then I stood with my cousin n fren. So, I was also like really close to the stage. Haha... But, the whole concert was really loud... I mean of course it's loud, it's GARBAGE concert!! Hehe... i was just.. urm... not prefer to this kind of genre. Haha.. =p I was standing almost all the time, and the concert ended ard 11 pm. Whew!! I was so darn tired man, and I almost couldnt open my eyes during half of the GARBAGE concert. Got home at ard 12.15 in the morning, brushed my teeth, took a short-quick bath, and then went to sleep. Ah... finally I could rest, I told myself. Hehe... and guess wat!! I didn even had my dinner or supper.. Hahaha... only had my lunch at 3 in the afternoon. Guess how much of calories I'm going to lose. Huehuehuheu.....

Sunday...

woke up at around 10 am [haha, wat a nice sleep i had yesterday], had my bath, breakfast [only 5 dumplings], and then get ready to Six Flags [It's amusement park, ard 1 hour drive from my place] wif my cousins and their mom. Arrived there at around 12.30 pm, and guess wat!? It's so HOT over there since it's still summer. Urgh!! I could feel that my skin is already burnt. U can see really really a lot of ppl going to Six Flags. Tsk.. tsk.. I've nvr been there b4, so this was my first time. Haha... Went on my first roller coaster ride of the day with my cousin. It's called THE GEORGIA SCORCHER - Put Your Feet To The Fire on one of the Southeast's tallest and fastest stand-up roller coasters. The Georgia Scorcher, Six Flags' eighth roller coaster, combines standard roller coaster technology with a twist - riders stand, not sit, as they blaze through loops, high speed spirals and a figure eight that produces up to four Gs. I dun even know how this ride gonna looks like, and I just waiting there in the line with my cousin. Haha.. I was getting scared and nervous, and finally... it's our turn. I got in the ride, tried to buckle up [it's like seat belt], but guess wat!!! I couldnt buckle up myself.. argh!!! i was getting soo nervous; I tried it again and again, fortunately.. it worked. After all checked... the ride started to move... and it's time for me to close my eyes. Haha.. I was always scared of riding roller coasters 'coz it makes me feel that I can fall off [*duh*], and of course it makes me feel sick too. Hehe.. So.. here it goes... I was really really scared that I was actually praying "Amithofo". Dun laugh at me guys.. I mean.. I'm really scared! Didnt know how long the ride took, but I felt it's taking sooo long and keep thinking why it hadnt stopped yet. Hehe... Finally, it moved a lil slower, and I tried to open my eyes, wondering if we actually had stopped. I was closing my eyes all the time, having this feeling that i was gonna fall off, and when I opened my eyes, there was a bit of tears around my eyes. Haha.. not that i'm crying, but i guess i closed my eyes too tight. Hahaha... Then, walked through the exit with my cousin, I can barely walk coz I could feel that my legs were shaking a bit. Hahaha... I felt a lil' dizzy and sick, but fortunately I'm still fine. Hehe.. =D

We continued walking [lookin for ride that was not so thrilling again], taking pictures, and finally we 'landed' our feet at THUNDER RIVER. It's a white-water rafting adventure through roaring rapids. Guess wat!! When the raft turned exactly below the waterfall, it was me and my cousin who sat right exactly below the waterfall, and *byurrr.....* there we go.. really soaking wet. Haha.. and the others were, of course, wet too, but not as wet as we did. Oh man.. I was like taking a bath; my whole body was really wet.. i mean WET.. from top of my head until my shoes, and I could feel the water inside my shoes. Haha... It's fun though. Thot dat we were already this wet, we went on for another 'water ride'. Hehe.. SPLASHWATER FALLS - A water adventure that transports 20-passenger boats over a 50-foot waterfall. Though it's not as wet as the first water ride, it was as well fun too. Hue hue..

Then, we went on for other rides like GO-CART, DODGE CITY BUMPER CARS, MONSTER PLANTATION, GREAT GASP [A 20-story parachute drop], and DAHLONEGA MINE TRAIN. Guess those were the 8-rides that we had yesterday.

Oh well, we went home at 7.30 pm, and as we walked to the parking lot, I juz realised that my skin is darker compare to my skin b4 I came. Oh my god!! I've been 'burnt'. Hiks hiks... argh... I'm darker rite now.. [bagaimana tidak.. 7 jam berada di bawah terik matahari]. Yikes!! =[ Well... well... we were all so hungry rite then as we didnt have our lunch, and hoping to get home soon so that we could have our dinner, but guess wat. TRAFFIC JAM!!!! Oh man.... we were stuck on the road for about 1 and a half hour, 'coz of some perbaikan jalan. Not only that, it was also raining heavily. Urgh!!!! Supposedly, we could get home at prolly ard 20:15, but then we arrived home at 21:30. Urgh!! Then, I ate Indomie - special chicken flavor. Ah... felt good! Haha... After finishing my indomie, I washed my shoes as it was wet [though it's already dry when i got home], had my bath and then slept at 12 midnite. Hehe... Planned to swim with my cousin at around 8 am the next day, but guess wat! When the alarm went off this mornin, I switched it off coz I was still feeling sleepy. Haha... Tak jadi berenang deh... Hehe...

Oh well... I'm about to off rite now.. feel a bit tired after 2 and a half hour of writing these entries.. Hahaha... It's 6 pm rite now. Talk to u guys later... Chao.......

Ellow ya'll.. how's everybody weekend, eh!? Fun? Interesting? Bored? Bla bla bla?? Mine was superb, haha.. never been dat 'busy' on my weekend. ho ho ho.. Wanna know what have I done during my weekend? Here it goes...

Friday...

Went to the IPA [International Peer Assistant] meeting, where all the new IPAs, the current IPAs/team leader and the supervisors got together. I must say, I really enjoy this meeting. We started our meeting by introducing ourselves [name, which campus we attend, & the reason why u join the IPA]. I met a lot of different ppl there, some came from Ecuador, Trinidad, Mexico, Kenya, S.Korea, Vietnam, and lots more. We get to know each other and some special things about each other. Haha... [It's our IPAs' secrets]. Then, the supervisors talked about what is the IPA, what are our commitments to the IPA program, and lots more. Here come the interesting parts: 'GAMES.' We played 3 games: walk in other ppl's shoes, blind-folded, and creating a building. Firstly, we took off our own shoes and make a circle with them. Then, we sat at the floor, talked about our feelings when we first came to United States/GPC [our college], bla bla bla.. Finally, the supervisor told us to pick any shoe [dun pick ur own shoe] and wore it. Hehe.. some even got the guy's shoe. The supervisor asked how do we feel walking in others' shoes. She even asked whether we can tell the personality of the person from juz looking at the shoe. Haha.. really fun.

The 2nd game: we are divided into 2 groups. Group 1 in one side, and group 2 in the opposite side. Get ur partner and blindfold ur partner. So.. here it goes, a person in group 1 is going to take his/her partner [group 2] for a walk around the field and vice versa. U cant touch ur partner, u only can give direction to ur partner so that she/he wont bump into something. One thing I learn from this game is TRUST & RESPONSIBILITY. U have to trust ur partner, who's giving u the directions, and the one who is giving the directions have to responsible of his/her partner. In other words, u have to take care of ur partner. We played around 20-30 mins, and all of us have fun. But, I have to admit... it's really hot outside. Haha... [it's still summer over here].
The 3rd game: We got 3 groups [Clarkston campus, Dunwoody campus, Lawrenceville campus], and we have to build a new campus of our own with all the stuffs in the box in juz 20 mins. Wat's in the box? We got papers, paper clips, straws, & some decorating stuffs. Here.. u can see all the creativities coming out from us. Haha... It's really a lot of fun making our own campus. Hehe.. Things I learn: TEAM WORK.
So after ard 5 hours of getting together, the supervisor ended the meeting by throwing a 'ball' of thread to one of us, and we have to share our feelings [wat we feel 'bout this meeting]. The 'ball' went on and on to each of us, thus when u looked at it.. it's like a web linking all of us. Hehe.. So.. those were my special, fun, exciting experience of the day. Haha...

Whoa... *scrolling up* it's already this long?? Haha.. I guess I'll juz continue my entries on other post.. Hehe..

Finished watching Korean mini series 16 episodes of "Full House" [again, I muz say]. Haha... This time finished watching it only 2 days with my dearie cousin Jennie. Muz really really admit that I like this drama soooo much, esp. the scenes couple of Yong-jae & Zhi-en. I can't resist the cutie-ness of Yong-jae. Huahuahua..... Muz also admit the good script writer too, who can think of such a good drama [kinda of 'xiao-xiao' ard the first half of the episodes and then start getting serious at the end of the story]. Bravo!!! Bravo!!!

I juz love the way he smiles like this. Haha..

1st day in Atlanta: arrived @ ard 7.30 a.m., then 'packed out' my stuffs, watched Spongebob, and then slept @ 9 pm. Woke @ 4 in the morning, slept again, and finally woke up @ 8.15 am. Haha..

2nd day in Atlanta: watched Spongebob, sight-seeing @ the mall, and finished reading HP book 6th [chapter one only, haha..] ('.^)

3rd & 4th day: gonna go and visit my uncle & aunt @ Columbus, 2 hours drive from Atlanta.
I gotta sleep now.. It's almost 12 midnite. Chao guys...

Hellow all.... Hehe... Sorry, I haven't updated any entried since last month. Haha.. Guess I was too busy enjoying my vacation, or am I too lazy to write something? Haha.. =)

I've just finished watching Tom Cruise's War of the Worlds with my fren, Jojo, and my bro, Felix. I must admit that this Steven Spielberg's movie is darn good, man!!!!! Two thumbs and two toes up man... Haha. The movie is kinda a bit thrilling. I like it soooo much.... Hehe.... Jojo likes this movie so much too, haha.

Eniwei, for those who have watch this movie, did u guys realize something? *hehe* Remember when the tripods came, all the electronics deviced, including the cars suddenly couldnt work? Remember when Tom Cruise and all ppl ran away from the place which had been striked by lightning for 26 times??? Did u guys realize that actually there was a person who is recording the tripod that came from underground with handycam? Haha... It's so 'funny' ler.. since all the electronic devices should be out of order. Hehe....

Whew!!! I must admit that I'm really a movie freak.. haha... had been seeing three movies in 3 weeks. Haha.... 1 movie per week [Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Batman Begins, and then War of the Worlds].

Ahh.... I gotta go now. Need to catch up with HK drama again [haha... another movie]. Adios!!!

So... after three days back to my hometown, i got sick. Huh! I caught a flu [i guess, 'coz i've sneezed so many time], got a sorethroat, and toothache. *juz sneezing* huh!

Went to have my haircut wif me mom in the afternoon, then went to the new plaza in medan SUN PLAZA; mom was buying sthg for facial. Eniwei.. juz wanna share my new haircut pix, hehe..

I'm in my home sweet home rite now, hehe.. so happy! ^__^ Whew! 5-hour flight from Atl - Los Angeles, then 13-hour flight from LA - Taipei, then [again] 5-hour flight from Taipei - Penang. Whew!! 4 times changing plane ar... then the final one was only 40 mins [Penang-Medan]. Haha... At last... I arrived at my home sweet home after about 20 hours flight. Been comparing a lot of stuffs, like the restrooms in Penang. Haha.. I told my friend dat US restrooms are much much much better. =D And then, I compared again the road in Medan wif the one in Atlanta. Ha Ha Ha...

Eniwei... I'm so happy dat I've watched Jet Li's movie UNLEASHED with my fren on the day b4 I took the flight home. The movie was awesome; it's just like wat Novita said b4, this movie was definitely different from the previous Jet Li's movies. I like it so much; I felt pity for Danny [Jet Li's character in the movie] when his master treated him in such a way. *okay okay.. no more talks about this movie... hehe.. dont want to spoil the great movie* I recommend u guys to go and watch it. ^__* But!!!!! Dont blame me if u guys dont like the movie as I do. Hehe...

Oooh.... I still feel a lil' dizzy; even now, I'm sitting and typing this entry, I feel like my whole body was moving to the left and to the right. Haha.. Oh ya... forgot to mention sthg.. FinallY!! After been struggling for like forever [huh!!], I finished changing my new blogskin. =D Dunno why it took so long ar.... but it finished at last; yet, I'm not dat satisfied. =( I think the layout is too small; a lil' bigger will look much better. WisH I know some of this code stuff, so I can change it by myselF, but oh well... dis is noT a puRfecT woRlD. Hehehe... I've been changin my layout for 5-6 times.. haha.. Whew! Wat a tough week that I had; Got 5 tests, 1 take home quiz, 1 lab notebook to finish, and 1 hist. paper. Geez!! Didnt sleep too yesterday juz to finish my Hist. paper and its take home quiz. Finished up the paper at around 5 am, then work through the take home quiz until 7 am. Rest for about 30 mins, then get ready for Hist. class @ 9 am. Wat a day, eh!? [can barely open my eyes ar..] I think I'm gonna get sick sooner or later.

Eniwei.. I'm off now. gotta study for Bio final on Monday. Hiak.. hiak.. Wish me luck, eh guys?! ^___* Oh ya.. Here's the pix that I promised on my previous previous entries. Hehehe...

Eniwei, the weather in Georgia is so *crazy*. It's April now, and it's suppose to start feeling warmer, but urgh!! it's so cold these few days. I couldn't even sleep last Saturday coz it was too cold [for me]. =D I dont like it.....

~ Had 3 tests today [Statistics, Spanish & Bio Lab]. I was brain freeze for a moment in these tests. I dun know how I did on these tests, hope that I did good though. I haven't had a good sleep since last week; mostly I slept only 3-5 hours. Poor me!

I'm off now. It's freezing cold rite here; I cant barely feel my finger and cant type no more. Haha... Oh ya, I'll post some pix when I have time later [my hiking pix with cousins, hehe]

This week hasn't been a nice week for me. Had my Chemistry and History test last Friday and Saturday. Been doing pretty well (I think) on my chem. test but not sure about the Hist. test. Hmm.. I guess coz I've 'down' with 2 tests thus make me a lil' bit relax. *relax as in not doing anything, just wasting my time, watching TV, surfing internet, downloading songs* Hiak... Hiak... =( I know I shouldn't do that, but... oh... I guess this is ME!!!

Been promised an I-Pod by somebody but been 'fang fei ji' by that person too. I dont know the reasons, and I guess I also didn't have any courage to ask the reasons. I could say that I'm pretty disappointed (I shouldn't have that much hope on this stuff coz I know that I would be really disappointed if I didn't get it at last). Oh well..... not that I really really need that I-Pod and couldn't live w/out it, so I guess I can just forget that no one ever promise me that thing. Haha...

Let's go back to my topic sentence (hehe). Somehow, I kinda feel down these few days; feel like not being welcome in this place. Wish that I could just go home rite now or never have to be in this place. OR should I think of the +ve side that I should be grateful that I've been given this chance to be int his place??

A lot of unfortunate things has happened in the past four months, and I've been thinking why are these things keep happening?? and why are they happening?? WHY? WHY? WHY? And there still would be another thing happening again. Article. Are these the signs that the end of the world is coming? Argh...... I just don't know!!!

I'm reading G.O.F. rite now, still in chpt. 11. I think I might take about 3 months again (just like when I read the 5th book) to finish reading G.O.F.

Greetings~

Went to the gym with my cuz couple minutes ago, found out that there were ppl using the equipment that we wanted to use, so we decided to come back to the gym later on. Then... I'm here posting today entry. Haha...

Let's see.. what did I do yesterday? *thinkin* Oh yes, I spent my whole day watching TV, from 10 am up to 11.30 pm. Wat a lazy gal, ain't I? =p I didn't know what and why did I watch for the 1st five hours, but later on... the good movies were coming in. Haha... I started watching Brad Pitt's "Se7en", Samuel L. Jackson's "The Negotiator", then Anthony Hopkins' "Red Dragon". I really like these movies; have u guys watched them b4? "Red Dragon" ended at 10 pm, then I changed the channel and ended up at National Geographic Channel, where I watched "In the Womb" documentary. Wat a day!!

My spring break starts today and ends seven days from today. For me, this whole week break is just like a seven hour break. I've listed out things that I need to accomplish in this week, but I'm not sure if I can accomplish them all or even half of them (coz I know that I'll waste my time doing useless things, such as this one perhaps, eh!? and I've even planned to watch "Hannibal". Hehe... :D) O'lare, I'll leave u guys alone now (go n do sthg else that are much much more interesting that my stinking entries) Haha...
